Next Season -2019 Winter Season Sign On

 


Sign on for the 2019 Winter Season is open now for Mixed , Mens, Ladies and Family Mixed Divisions 

 All divisions will be played on Wednesday evenings with different timeslots for mixed and mens/ladies. We are pleased to announce that we are playing at the Fraser Coast Sports Precinct which is now the PERMANENT home of Hervey Bay Oztag.  Round 1 will kick off on Wednesday 29th May


Family and Friends division - 

  • There are no age limits on who can play in this division.
  • All girls are worth 2 points no matter what age.
  • All boys are worth 1 point no matter what age. 
  • You can have as many adults or kids on the field at any time.
  • Please note - This is a fun based relaxed game designed for the whole family. Should you wish something more competitive we do have low graded mixed divisions
  •    Rep Player Quotas for Mixed Divisions

* Each team may only have a maximum of 4 Queensland past or present representative players. This includes male and female players that have been selected  for Qld in divisions from U14 upwards.

     Ladies Divisions

Please note that ladies B is low competitive for new players wishing to learn the game and play for fun and fitness. Ladies and teams that have played at rep level or wishing to play more competitively need to select Ladies A division when registering. Ladies A teams will be pooled in the lowest mixed division for round games and will be removed at finals ONLY if there are not enough ladies A teams to form a division.


 Payments for registration can be made online via this website. Please note that registration using Get Started vouchers cannot be done online, these will need to be emailed to us with player and team info. For online registration payments please click on the link at bottom of page. This is the best and easiest way of registering yourself and/or your team, as you are instantly placed onto the Australian Oztag database and all trys scored and MVP points will show up next to your name from the time registration is fully paid. A variety of payment plans are also available through the online payment system. Payment plans will not be done at admin when the competition starts, players need to set these up online themselves.

 

To register a team please follow these steps

1. While registering yourself online, create your team name so that all your players can register online straight into your team.

2. Download and print a team registration sheet from this page and email it to herveybay@oztag.com by Wednesday May 22nd 2019

3. Advise your players that they must register online by Wednesday May 22nd for your team to qualify for draw entry. They will need to order shorts/tights online also if needed by this date  to ensure availability for round 1

 

All teams MUST email a teamsheet to herveybay@oztag and have an online deposit paid by Wednesday May 22nd to be eligible for the round 1 draw. All players on the team sheet must pay a deposit to be eligible to play from round 1 and have the remaining amount paid by round 3. Teams will NOT be entered into the draw unless the deposit has been paid and a team sheet has been recieved by us.....NO EXCEPTIONS.

 PLEASE NOTE- PLAYERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PLAY ANY GAMES UNLESS A DEPOSIT IS PAID BEFORE ROUND 1 KICKOFF.....the balance of fees must be finalised no later than round 3. Players contravening this will cause their team to forfeit ALL competition points for the game that they played in and the game will be recorded as a 5-0 forfeit. Players requiring a payment plan need to set this up themselves through the online payment system by Wednesday 22nd May

 Team registration sheets will consist of two pages.

  • page 1 is the team registration sheet where ALL players must fill out their personal details along with their Oztag registration number. All players must sign the team registration sheet. Please note that it doesn't need to be signed when emailing to us.( This MUST be done however before playing to cover insurance and also applies to casual players)
  • page 2 consists of Insurance Cover information and Conditions of Play. All players must read and understand info on page two before signing page 1.

 After Round 3, Teams that have not made their minimum $1100 payment ( 11 players x $100) will not be included in the following weeks draw until minimum payment has been met.
